1 Introduction

Welcome to acd8. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Player", "User", "You") and acd8 ("acd8", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the acd8 platform, website located at acd8.io, and all associated products and services, including sports betting, live casino, slot games, fishing games, and any other gaming services made available through the platform.

By accessing the acd8 website, registering an account, making a deposit, placing a wager, or using any service offered by acd8, you confirm that you have read these Terms in their entirety, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them without reservation. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately discontinue your use of the acd8 platform and close your account.

acd8 reserves the right to update, modify, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, acd8 will notify registered account holders by email or by prominent notice on the platform. Your continued use of acd8 following any published update constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

2 Eligibility & Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

The acd8 platform is strictly available to individuals who are 21 years of age or older at the time of registration. This age restriction is absolute. acd8 actively enforces this requirement through KYC (Know Your Customer) identity verification procedures. Any account found to belong to a player under the age of 21 will be immediately and permanently closed, all pending withdrawals will be cancelled, and any balance remaining in the account — including bonus funds and any winnings derived from real-money play or bonus play — will be forfeited in full.

2.2 Eligible Jurisdictions

The acd8 platform is intended for use by players located in jurisdictions where online betting and gaming is not prohibited by applicable law. By registering an account, you represent and warrant that accessing and using acd8 is lawful in your country and city of residence. acd8 reserves the right to refuse registration or close existing accounts of players located in restricted jurisdictions, as determined by acd8 at its sole discretion.

2.3 Registration Requirements

To open an acd8 account, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, mobile phone number, and email address. You must also select a secure password for your account. You agree to maintain and promptly update your account information to keep it accurate and current throughout your use of the platform.

2.4 One Account Per Player

Each individual may register and maintain exactly one acd8 account. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using different personal details, phone numbers, email addresses, payment method credentials, or device identifiers — is strictly prohibited. Where acd8 detects the existence of duplicate accounts linked to a single individual, acd8 reserves the right to close all such accounts, cancel all pending bonuses and promotions, and permanently ban the individual from the platform.

3 Account Management

3.1 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your acd8 account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any other person or allow any other person to access your account. acd8 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials. You must notify acd8 support immediately at [email protected] if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation.

3.2 Account Currency

All acd8 accounts are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ / BDT). All displayed balances, deposit amounts, wager values, winning payouts, and bonus credits are expressed in BDT. acd8 does not currently offer multi-currency accounts. Players depositing via international methods (Visa, Mastercard) may experience currency conversion from their card's billing currency to BDT; any conversion fees charged by the player's issuing bank are the sole responsibility of the player.

3.3 Inactive Accounts

An acd8 account is considered inactive if the account holder has not logged in or conducted any financial or wagering activity for a continuous period of 12 consecutive months. acd8 may apply an inactivity administration fee of ৳200 per calendar month to inactive accounts once the initial 12-month period has elapsed. acd8 will notify account holders by email before applying inactivity fees. If an inactive account's balance reaches zero as a result of inactivity fees, the account will be permanently closed.

3.4 Account Closure by the Player

You may request the closure of your acd8 account at any time by contacting acd8 customer support. Before closing your account, acd8 will process any valid pending withdrawal of your real-money balance, subject to standard verification and processing procedures. Bonus balances and bonus-derived winnings that have not yet met applicable wagering requirements at the time of account closure will be forfeited.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Methods & Limits

acd8 accepts deposits via the following methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. The minimum single deposit is ৳100. Maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and account verification tier and are displayed at the point of deposit. acd8 does not charge fees on standard BDT deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay. International card deposits may be subject to processing fees disclosed at checkout.

4.2 Deposit Processing

Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are typically credited to your acd8 account balance within 60 seconds of confirmed payment. In exceptional circumstances involving payment network delays, processing may take up to 30 minutes. If a deposit is not reflected in your account within 30 minutes, please contact acd8 support with your transaction reference number.

4.3 Withdrawal Requests

Withdrawal requests may only be made to a payment method that has previously been used to make a successful deposit on the same acd8 account ("same-source withdrawal rule"). Withdrawals to third-party accounts, accounts not registered in the account holder's name, or payment methods not previously used for deposits are not permitted. acd8 reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before processing any withdrawal.

4.4 Withdrawal Processing Times

• bKash & Nagad: Typically processed within 15 minutes of approval.
• Rocket & Upay: Typically processed within 30–60 minutes of approval.
• Visa & Mastercard: Typically processed within 3–5 business days, subject to card network and issuing bank processing times.

Processing times quoted above are targets, not guarantees. Delays may occur during peak periods, public holidays (including Eid and other Bangladeshi national holidays), or when additional KYC verification is required.

4.5 Minimum Withdrawal

The minimum single withdrawal from an acd8 account is ৳500. Withdrawal requests below this threshold will not be processed. Players may accumulate their balance and submit a single withdrawal request once the minimum threshold is reached.

5 Betting & Gaming Rules

5.1 Sports Betting

All sports wagers placed on the acd8 sportsbook are subject to the acd8 Sports Betting Rules, which are available in the sportsbook section of the platform. By placing a sports wager, you confirm that you have read and accepted the applicable sports betting rules for the relevant market. acd8 reserves the right to void any wager placed in error, placed at incorrect odds, or placed on an event that has already commenced where live betting was not explicitly offered.

5.2 Casino & Slot Games

All casino games and slot titles available on acd8 are provided by third-party game studios including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, Ezugi, NetEnt, Microgaming, and Spribe. Game-specific rules, paytables, and RTP (return to player) percentages are displayed within each game's information panel. acd8 does not control the outcome of third-party certified games. All outcomes are determined by independently audited Random Number Generators (RNGs).

5.3 Fishing Games

Fishing games available on acd8, including Lucky Gods Fishing and The Great Icescape, are real-money games where outcomes are determined by certified RNG systems. Game-specific rules, prize structures, and mechanics are detailed within each game. Players acknowledge that fishing games involve chance and that no skill, strategy, or technique guarantees a financial return.

5.4 Technical Failures

In the event of a technical failure, server error, or disconnection during a game session, acd8's system logs will be used to determine the status of all affected wagers. If a game round cannot be completed due to a technical failure on acd8's side, any stake placed in that round will be refunded to the player's account balance. acd8 is not liable for losses resulting from technical failures on the player's own device, internet connection, or mobile network.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

6.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and promotional credits issued by acd8 are subject to individual promotion-specific terms and conditions published alongside each offer. Players must opt in to a promotion in the manner specified before it becomes active on their account. Bonuses that are not claimed within the stated validity period will expire automatically.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless expressly stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms, all bonus amounts credited to a player's account must be wagered a minimum number of times (the "wagering requirement") before any winnings derived from that bonus may be withdrawn. The wagering requirement multiplier, eligible games, contribution rates per game type, time limits, and maximum withdrawal caps applicable to each individual bonus are stated in the relevant promotion's terms. Sports bets placed using bonus funds must comply with minimum odds requirements specified per promotion.

6.3 Bonus Abuse

acd8 employs automated detection systems to identify patterns of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus more than once; placing opposing wagers across multiple accounts to neutralise wagering risk; exploiting technical errors in bonus calculations; or systematically betting on low-risk outcomes to meet wagering requirements while minimising genuine game risk. Any account found to be engaged in bonus abuse will have all outstanding bonuses and bonus-derived winnings cancelled, and the account may be permanently suspended.

6.4 Welcome Bonus

New acd8 account holders may be eligible for a welcome bonus on their first qualifying deposit. Welcome bonus eligibility, minimum deposit amount, bonus percentage, wagering requirements, eligible games, validity period, and maximum withdrawal cap are stated in the current welcome bonus promotion terms. acd8 reserves the right to modify or withdraw the welcome bonus offer at any time without prior notice to prospective players.

7 Fair Play & Prohibited Conduct

acd8 is committed to providing a fair, secure, and honest betting and gaming environment for all registered players. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension and investigation:

• Use of automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any mechanical or electronic aid that automates wagering decisions or actions on the acd8 platform.
• Match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any form of manipulation of sporting event outcomes.
• Collusion between players in poker, live casino, or any other multi-player game format to gain an unfair advantage.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or display errors on the acd8 platform to gain an unintended financial advantage. Any winnings derived from such exploitation will be voided.
• Using the acd8 platform to launder money or conduct any activity prohibited under applicable financial crime legislation.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration, KYC verification, or at any other point of interaction with acd8.
• Accessing the acd8 platform from a jurisdiction where doing so is prohibited by local law, using a VPN, proxy, or other means of IP masking to circumvent geographical restrictions.

acd8 reserves the right to void wagers, cancel withdrawals, forfeit account balances, and permanently ban any player found to have engaged in prohibited conduct. acd8 further reserves the right to report any suspected criminal activity to relevant law enforcement and regulatory authorities.

8 Responsible Gaming

acd8 is firmly committed to responsible gaming. Gambling is intended to be an enjoyable form of entertainment. We recognise that for a small number of players, gambling can become problematic, and we take our duty of care to those players seriously.

8.1 Responsible Gaming Tools

The following responsible gaming tools are available to all acd8 account holders and can be activated immediately from your account settings or by contacting acd8 support:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the total amount you may deposit into your acd8 account. Deposit limit reductions take effect immediately. Increases to deposit limits are subject to a 48-hour cooling-off period.
• Loss Limits: Set a cap on the total amount you may lose within a defined period. Once your loss limit is reached, no further wagers will be accepted until the limit period resets.
• Session Time Reminders: Set a time interval after which you will receive an on-screen reminder of how long you have been playing in your current session.
• Cooling-Off Period: Request a temporary suspension of your account for a defined period (minimum 24 hours, maximum 6 weeks). During a cooling-off period, you will not be able to log in, deposit, or place wagers.
• Self-Exclusion: Request permanent self-exclusion from the acd8 platform. Self-exclusion is irreversible and takes effect within 24 hours of request. acd8 will suppress all marketing communications to self-excluded accounts.

9 Privacy & Data

The Privacy Policy forms an integral part of these Terms and should be read in conjunction with this document.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, acd8, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or business interruption, arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the acd8 platform.

acd8's total aggregate liability to any individual player for any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player into their acd8 account during the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

acd8 makes no warranty, express or implied, that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The acd8 platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

11 Account Suspension & Termination

acd8 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time and without prior notice where acd8 has reasonable grounds to believe that:

• The account holder has breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• The account holder has provided false or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
• The account holder is under 21 years of age.
• The account holder is located in a restricted jurisdiction.
• Suspicious financial activity has been detected on the account.
• The account holder has engaged in prohibited conduct as defined in Section 7.
• Continuing to provide services to the account holder would expose acd8 to legal, regulatory, or reputational risk.

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, acd8 will endeavour to complete its investigation and communicate an outcome to the account holder within 30 calendar days. Where an account is permanently closed for breach of these Terms, any real-money balance remaining after deducting any amounts subject to investigation may be returned to the player via the original deposit method, at acd8's sole discretion.

12 Amendments to These Terms

acd8 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material — meaning they significantly affect player rights or obligations — acd8 will provide at least 7 days' advance notice to registered account holders via email or via a prominent notice displayed on the acd8 platform. Non-material clarifications or corrections may be applied without advance notice.

The most current version of these Terms will always be accessible at acd8.io/terms-conditions and will display the effective date of the current version at the top of the document. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Your continued use of the acd8 platform following the effective date of any updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of those revised Terms.

13 Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which acd8 holds its operating licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation between the parties will be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of a recognised arbitration body as designated by acd8's licensing authority.

Before initiating any formal dispute resolution process, you agree to contact acd8 customer support at [email protected] and allow acd8 a period of 30 calendar days to investigate and respond to your complaint. acd8 operates an internal complaints handling procedure and will acknowledge all formal complaints within 5 business days.

Nothing in this clause limits your statutory rights as a consumer under applicable law in your jurisdiction of residence.
